Hi All,
So i have been incorporating juicing into my diet the last week or so and have felt better, less bloated etc... also saw a drop of a few pounds which i was pleased with. Whilst im happy with this and want to drop a few pounds over the next 3 weeks in the run up to my holiday, i want to maintain this and keep it off.
What are your thought on juicing? Do you gain back instantly? Whats the best way to incorporate it into your diet and loose weight and keep it off?
I am 5ft 2 and around 122 pounds. Ideally i would like to be about 115-118. I am active and a regular runner.
Any suggestions would be welcomed as im keen to kickstart this and do my best over next 3 weeks to really eat clean!! Not that im terrible now but you know you can always be better.
Thanks guys!

Google Reba McEntire (country singer). She has a juice drink every morning (green pepper, carrot, cucumber apple. Juicing is fanatastic for getting in nutrients cleaning out the intestines (of sludge). You have to watch juicing too much fruit for calories and/or if you are insulin resistant. Ton's of recipes out there. We go back to it we don't feel good at our house (colds). It seems to restore balance to the body. I haven't used it to diet. As with all diets, it can't be 1x or 2x thing, it's a lifestyle change. It does help to regulate the body and clean out toxins. If you juicing mostly vegetables then it should be perfect. Found we were less hungry while doing it.0

thanks for so much info. Just got my new juicer. Fusion Juicer. I want to use this as a supplement or meal replacement mainly for good health not a detox. Just part of a "healthy eating" plan. Any suggestions from you veteran juicers??0

I borrowed my co-workers juicer but only used it for a few days.
The good: The juice was yummy and I felt a zing of energy after drinking it.
The bad: Cleaning the juicer and it takes a long time to juice.
I am an avid green smoothie drinker. The simplicity of making green smoothies ruined juicing for me, imo. To make a smoothie, I dump the ingredients in, turn it on and i'm done. Clean up is a matter of rinsing it out or running some soapy water in it for a couple of seconds.
Juicing is a whole other animal. It was not something I could keep up with for the rest of my life, so I went back to green smoothies. I have been drinking a smoothie for breakfast for years.
If I could buy fresh juice from someone everyday, I'd do it in a heart beat. I just don't want to make it (and clean it up) myself.0
