    I'm 5"8 start weight of 199lbs, currently at 177ish I am aiming to get down to 10stone bang on so I've got 2.5 stone to shift. Really excited about only being 10lbs away from being in the Green range of BMI so will no longer be considered overweight

    I'm 5'8. My starting weight (from before MFP) was 185 pound, currently I'm 165 pounds and I'm aiming for 150-154 pounds. Feel free to add me, I am sorta new here and could use friends with similar goals!

    Started 196, currently 175, targeting 150 ... reset from target of 154.

    Changed it as my weight does (and always has) fluctuated. I know my 'feel good' weight range is 10st 10lb/150lb- 11st 3lb/157lb, so I'm targeting 150 to take that flux into consideration.

    Its pretty interesting to see the goals on here. I was 129lb from about 17-22 years old but I was bony as hell, whereas it may look fab on someone else.

    Pretty sure you'd fit into a size 10 UK before reaching 126 pounds, even before 140 :) I'm now usually a 12 (only sometimes 14) and I'm the same length, and currently 165 lbs.

    I was actually just searching for a thread like this and I saw this just started - although I am interested in peoples measurements too...

    Anyway, I'm 5'8.5 my goal is 160lb, start weight 192lb. I would like to eventually go lower - more like 145 - 150lb but 160lb is where I feel ok about myself.

    Large frame, broad shoulders, wide rib cage, large hands and feet, wide set hips etc.

    SW: 201

    GW: don't know.... originally 120 but people have been telling me that I look good now and not to lose any more weight. So I am not really sure what to think. My bones are all noticeable on my upper body at my current weight and I have the elusive 'thigh gap' but I think it is just because of my frame size.

    How do people know what weight should be their goal weight? I don't think I will ever be one of those people who thinks "dang I look hot" no matter what my weight is!

    I'm 5'8" (almost - maybe a couple mm shy)

    SW: 166 (but I've been as high as 180, just not recently)
    CW: 153

    Goal weight: 125


    But I may revise that upwards (maybe 135? 130?) if I keep up with the weight training that I've been doing the past couple months.
