Looking for Blogger support/advice

As part of my weight loss effort I am trying to blog each day. I am hoping this will keep me focused as I tend to loose interest easily. Do any of you blog regularly? Any suggestions?

I try to get on line every day (sometimes more than once per day) and read motivational blogs. I wish I could listen to some of the things I tell others!!! I am having a bad few weeks and need some motivation myself. I have slipped back into some bad habits and this ends TODAY!! I feel like crap right now from drinking and eating last night (and for the past 2 weeks). I had been doing so good for over a year and I guess I got "comfortable" and started allowing a little extra here and there and before I knew it, I was back to old habits!!!
Yes, continue to blog, read motivational stories and assist others.0
