Good Morning MyFitnessPals :)

While I am not new to MyFitnesspal I have found a new perspective on weight loss and dieting....I have "dieted" in the past and yes it works but I easily fall back to my same old routines and I easily fall back to my same old weight...The key I have found is not to change for a little while but rather make small changes everyday and learn to adapt those small changes to my everyday life! So much so that they become routine to me. This coupled with a positive attitude, I WILL BE SUCCESSFUL! Many of you are probably thinking...Ah she finally gets it but, many of you may be like me and just not look at it like that. I have wonderful support at home but surrounded by all males in the house they do not understand completely the road I am on. I have signed up for Pretty Muddy in December 2013. Its a 5k race and obstacle course. I am in training mode! I can use all the motivation and support I can get....Feel free to add me as a friend if you are 1.
