A nice nighttime snack, or breakfast... Whatever works!

At first this sounds kind of weird... But it's good, I promise.

I take 1/2 a cup for cottage cheese (I personally use fat free), and add some All Bran Bran Buds to it. Then, to spice it up a bit, I add in some cinnamon and a few raisins as well and mix it all up in a bowl.

It's the perfect thing to satisfy that late-night craving I usually get for a big bowl of cereal, but it also hits the spot in the morning for breakfast. With all of the protein you get in the cottage cheese (it's usually 14-15 grams) and the fiber from the bran, you'll stay full for a while.

You had me at All-Bran - love it!
I actually have cottage cheese right now (I hate cheese typically but include it once in a while like 1x month) esp. cottage due to the protein.
I usually just add pineapple but didn't have any so I will try this tonight when I get home from the cottage, thanks!

Cottage cheese wizzed in the blender with sweetner makes a nice low fat topping for any dessert!
