Hello Summer!

Options
So now that the semester is over I plan to throw myself full force into my exercise plan.I am super pumped and I have decided to set myself up for success and create some specific goals.I am a really goal oriented person so I am hoping this will help me in my weight loss journey.So my goals for the summer are:

1. Get my butt in the gym for an hour a day atleast five days a week.
2.Play tennis with my boyfriend five days a week.
3.Walk the dog an hour a day.
4.Eat fresh veggies everyday.
5.Focus on myself and my health for once in my life!
