Breakfast Banana dough (Ceral? Pudding? Not sure!)
Hey guys! If you're like me, you're constantly looking for different lower calorie breakfast recipes! Well, this recipe is only 200 calories and is very filling and delicious! The texture gets really thick like cookie dough or oatmeal. Trust me, it's delicious! Especially if you love bananas.
Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1/3 cup fat free milk
1/8 cup fat free cottage cheese ( can't taste it at all!)
2/3 cup flake ceral. ( I use cornflakes)
1 packet Stevia or sweetener of choice
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Cut up your banana and put it in the microwave until it gets really soft and mushy. Mash it together until it resembles a pudding.
2. In a food processor, put in the cottage cheese and blend till smooth.
3. Transfer bananas and cottage cheese to a blender then add in milk, stevia, vanilla then finally the ceral so it's on top.
4. Blend!
5. It should already be pretty thick, but I always put mine in the fridge to thicken even more. I make mine the night before, but it should chill pretty fast.
Enjoy!
Feel free to mix in peanut butter or chocolate chips or anything of your choosing. This is always one of my favorite!
