I feel like I have been snacking way too much. I think it's partly due to the fact I'm sick of my normal go to snacks so I look for something different and it's usually nothing filling so I keep going back for more of it and that's BAD!!

I'm looking for some new high protein snack ideas on the recommendation of one of mfp's :) I am on a budget so the cost of the item is super important to me. I would appreciate any suggestions or recipes you may have to share with me!

Thank you!

Unfortunately, these aren't the cheapest of snacks but perhaps you could buy the store brand as opposed to the name brand to save a bit of money.
Some of my go-to snacks are:
    String Cheese
    Cottage Cheese
    Greek Yogurt
    Egg
    Tuna Fish

A lot of times I will have fruit or vegetables with the above.

Are you near a walmart? I but Great value brand plain nonfat greek yogurt in the big 32oz container and 1 % cottage cheese in the 24 oz, around here they are $4 and $2.65. I boil a dozen eggs about every 4 days and toss the yokes, 17 cals per white and protein! Smoothies can be very filling, ATM I am drinking 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 c water, 7 moon ice cubes, 70 g blueberries, 1 tea flax, 1/2 tea chia seeds with a dash of stevia and vanilla and almond extract, Yummy and around 100 cals
