Hello all, I am new to this site,,couldnt see paying for weight loss anymore. I am being mindful of what im eating and doing my best to be more active than usual for 1/2 hr a day or more. I did do that 30 day squat challenge that was going around and in June Im going to do that C25k training to run my first 5k ever. One big ? I have is when we enter exerise on here why does our caloric intake amount go up? it's confusing, I thought we exercised to burn what we take in not take in more... I hope to find some motivation and support here.. maybe some friends too....:happy:
