Needing motivation!

I have not been doing well on losing weight. I am a single mom who works 50 hours a week, I work nights and care for my kids all day. I am dating a wonderful man and I want to lose weight before I even think about wearing a wedding dress. The problem is, I want to lose weight, but when anything comes up, I want to eat, too! I'm frustrated. I know I need to work out, but I have no time or energy, and the tiredness makes me eat more, too! I would appreciate some advice and help!
