Natural Protein Shake ideas?

I can do hemp protein or vegan protein, but I can not use soy products. Does anyone have any great protein shake recipes for me to use? I like to have a smoothie for breakfast, just something fast, can sip it on the way to work, but I am needing some new recipes to change it up, or ingredients that I perhaps haven't tried. Thanks

    My personal recommendation:

    avoid soy proteins, we already get enough soy.
    hemp proteins are too chalky/nutty for my tastes.

    but that leaves plenty of others...
    i've tried and loved both pea based and rice based protein powders.

    i just bought, but haven't tried, pumpkin protein powder.

    and there are also some nice blends out there.

    Sunwarrior is my favorite then garden of life. But I get lazy and don't always make shakes I just use my blender bottle and add almond milk protein powder, super greens, maca powder and some matcha green tea powder, taste great especially if using sunwarrior.

    Thanks, all the great ideas I needed. I agree about the hemp powder, a little dusty for my taste, but thanks for the recommendations.
