Body by Bethenny Yoga DVD

Hi there! Quick question to my fellow MFP people, has anyone used the Body by Bethenny yoga DVD, and if so, how did you log it into MFP and how many calories do you think you burned? Just putting in yoga into MFP seems to give me a pretty low number and since the DVD also has a 15 minute stretch of light weights and body resistance exercises in addition to the yoga, I'm not sure how to log that. Maybe I'm just trying to be overly optimistic though with the number of calories I think I should burn vs. what I actually do (wouldn't be the first time). Any advice??
