Syncing Apps with MFP

Anyone using Endomondo and also have it synced to MFP?

I used the app for the first time this morning and thought I had synced it to my account here. (Both the MFP and Endo websites confirm that connection.) But my run and est. cals burned sin;t showing up in my MFP diary.

Ideas, thoughts or suggestions?
