Easing adjustment to thinner soled running shoes?

I recently switched from a traditional running shoes to a thinner soled shoe. My goal is to correct my running form. In traditional shoes I cannot seem to master toe-to-heel but in the thinner soles I can.
I know I am running differently - and I can definitely feel it today!
Any suggestions for different stretches or exercises to help support the transition?
Thanks!

You'll want to stretch out your calves. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://blog.stack.com/wp-content/uploads/Calf-Stretch.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.stack.com/?disquspid=p_111465&h=335&w=493&sz=34&tbnid=1urpmU07dnsFMM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=132&zoom=1&usg=__-473AVw8z8ya9leYVFKcQOYwlZ8=&docid=_zmFdlVqEDc-EM&sa=X&ei=eK6TUdPHBcXGygGXwYDQDQ&ved=0CDwQ9QEwBA&dur=87
I also like to sit in a squat with my knees spread out and to sit on my calves with the top of my feet flat on the ground.0 -
google barefoot running, I think I had an article from Runners world with good stretches a while back0
