health food overload?

I'm really good about keeping a healthy diet and not relying on unsafe enhancements to aid my weight loss but I have come across many diet methods (health foods) that work great at jump starting my metabolism and sometimes wonder if it's best to try them separately rather than combine different methods into one mondo healthy diet solution. Or would it be ok to combine as many health foods/seeds/juices/herbs/teas together the way we please?
For example, the 25 lbs I lost before joining this site was due to a program I was on called "multitrim". It's a concentrated aloe vera juice full of healthy vitamins and minerals that I would have a shot of everyday and then follow a healthy diet with exercise. Doing the same thing for so many months I think I hit a plateau and decided to change it up a bit!
So I learned about the Dr. Oz belly blaster smoothie It guarantees at least 10 lbs lost in a week or two. You blend orange juice, banana, berries, flax oil, psyllium husks, soy protein powder, and ice cubes together and drink that for breakfast&lunch and have lots of protein and veges for snacks and dinner. I lost 7 lbs doing this! Just took a break off of it following a healthy diet and I picked up more ingredients today so that I can do it again.
Also! My mom had bought the new kardashian quicktrim morning and night supplements I tried and seemed to do well with. And last but not least... many people rave about the "shot of acai berry concentrate juice" in the morning and say it really makes a big difference. I would be interested in trying that out!
So my concern is...if I was to incorporate the acai berry concentrate into my belly blaster smoothie and do the aloe vera as well with my healthy diet and workout...is this ok? I'm not sure what the precautions are for having too many healthy nutrients and vitamins in one day? Or if there is such a precaution. Let me know your thoughts! Thanks

Honestly, I wouldn't do it!!! These supplements all contain different forms of caffeine or stimulant (caffeine type stimulants) mixed with the aloe, this is going to simply stimulate your GI tract and cause diarrhea and in turn, dehydrate you. The weight you will loose will end up being water weight, most likely. I would stick to one thing at a time, and perhaps alternate every week. Or maybe do the Aloe and the Dr. Oz shake...but I wouldn't do the Kardashian one with the other two...if that makes sense. It seems like overkill. Clean eating. I SWEAR by aloe and have lost a ton of weight a short period of time and I drink aloe everyday. It works wonders!0

Yep Aloe at Trader Joe's in the gallon container is like 8 bucks! Cheapo. You can also Google "Drug interaction checker" and enter in everything you take....and it will tell you if there are any interactions Hope that helps!0

nopal cactus, aloe vera, fiber (insulin & xanthan gum), vitamins, minerals, amino acids, botanicals...all ingredients in the multitrim so maybe it is worth the $50. I'm actually a case study for the company and their commercial testimony model on the webpage is my best friends mom and my local distributor haha.
https://www.multitrimdiet.com/ if you want to take a look! I definitely agree with you on the aloe. The Dr. Oz smoothie is really great for a quick fix too. I love it because it's filling, tastey, and gives me energy!0 -
I saw a case of Aloe drinks at Costco and I was interested in picking them up since I like Asian stuff like that. I had no idea it was marketed for weight loss. I always got a can of it or coconut milk as a treat when I went to an Asian market.0
