Trying to figure out calories burned - please help

Does anyone have a suggestion or rough idea of how to determine calories burned for power sculpting? I'm doing the Biggest Loser DVD, which includes lifting free weights while doing squats, lunges, leg lifts, etc. I switch up the amount of weights depending on the exercise and I have no idea how many reps of each I do. Is there any good comparison from the MFP existing list of exercises so I could track even a ballpark amount of calories burned?
