I just came back from a 10 day vacation with my wife. The plan for vacation was to eat a reasonable breakfast and lunch then eat and drink whatever I wanted in the evening (being reasonable).
I skipped no meals, all meals were eaten in restaurants and adult beverages were consumed.
I did made sure that I walked several miles each day combining exercise and sightseeing .
I left home weighing 242 when I cam home Monday morning I weigh 243 (242 this morning).
I had a Great vacation, I ate and drank anything I wanted (again being reasonable) and I didn't gain weight..
Not only was it Fun vacation, I also proved to myself that it was EASY!!!

MAJOR confidence boost :)

    Yes!! I went through a similar thing about a month ago. Super boost! This lifestyle is sustainable! :happy:

    even if you had gained 5lbs on vacation

    you've got the tools to take them off again.
