What a revelation!

I joined this site 3 days ago and - What a Revelation!!! I have been keeping track of my food (yes, all of it) and I have been a healty eater for some time - at least 6-7 years. Recently I've been a little ill so I gained about 15 pounds :( and for some reason I haven't been able to get it off. not even one pound!! I started keeping track of my food and I realized that I am not eating enough! I have enough calories and protien left for an entire meal!! I will be tweaking my diet to get to the right nutritional balance. This weight WILL come off!! I do go to the gym 3 times a week. Spinning class is my favorite. I've recently added a strength trainig class too. Step class is mainly for the cardio that I really need. I hope to get some good food ideas here and maybe I can help someone else eventually!
