Can i lose 10-15 pounds in 2 months?pls help

I m doing insanity for a month,i didn t lose much,almost nothing, but i don t give up. I have another 2 months to lose at least 10-15 pounds( maaaybe 20),i m thinking to make the " month 2" twice because it s very hard and many people lost weight with that.so what do you think? Is it posibile?i also TRY to eat clean, cause in month 1 i didn t:( please give me an advice , it really helps me keeping up with my workouts.thank you.

It depends on many things. Age, amount of weight you need to lose to get to a "healthy" weight, gender, how much you were eating before....
If you didn't lose anything in one month I'm guessing you're pretty close to a good weight for you already, or possibly at a healthy weight now. How much have you been eating per day during the last month? Is your diary open?0 -
Ook i think i m gonna relax and take it easy with just insanity.after that i will go to the gym..i m just very excited to lose weight and i wanna do it FAST!!:))like everybody else.Thanks for advices.
The above came from your last post on your previous question on 25th April, so I'm guessing that you may not be eating enough to fuel your demanding workouts.

In your previous post you said you were 168 cm tall and 150lbs - which you called "fat". Your BMI with those inputs comes out at 24.1 which is in the healthy range, though near the top end. To lose weight healthily you need to aim for half a pound a week weight loss. Slow progress is better than no progress.0 -
I know the BMI sais it s near heathy weight but i feel fat,i have this huge belly and love handels an i can wear anything but large t shirts.And also i know it s healthy to lose the weight slow, but i really need to lose something on 2 months,and i saw sooo many succes stories, especially with insanity, i was thinking i can do it too.i try to eat 1900-2000 cals per day,like insanity sais0

And i don t use my fit pal to count calories.. I do t know how to use it and i m from my phone, it goes very slowly.that s why i don t have anything in my diary.0

Your diary is set to "private" so we can't see it. I was just going by you saying you wanted to lose weight FAST, so I assumed you were eating as little as possible! If you're eating 1900 -2000 calories then that assumption was wrong.
Maybe you should try weight training to improve the look of your body & get a bit more trim.0 -
