people who use "like" every other word - because you know like the English like language is like verbose enough you know like so you should like add as many like extra words in as you like possibly can, like you know?

I LIKE you. Like, ya know what I'm saying?

when people say the f-word after 'but' during their excuse. example: "we planned on being there on time, but f**king traffic was terrible". i will call you out every time.

also smacking while you eat your food. it's not a barnyard!

    I hate it when......

    1. people chomp, crunch or slurp loudly or eat with their mouths open.

    2. my neighbors play their music loud enough for me to hear it in my house.

    3. when someone who hasn't exercised in forever tells me how they love to run, lift, etc. or tries to give me advice about it.

People who don't use signal lights.

Getting a phone call in the middle of sending an email.

    When coworkers are late.

    Getting interrupted while doing Insanity.

When people talk during a movie in theaters.

    Rude cashiers.

    The list goes on...

I always say, "good work staying under on your calories, but you'll feel a lot better if you stay under on sodium too!"
Seems like that's the one all of us (even me up on my high horse here--hey, how's it going?!) struggle to stay under, but when I do, I feel SO great!

People who always say the word "like" when speaking. Another one: when athletes are interviewed, either on TV or on the radio and every other word that comes out of their mouth is "ya know"?

Ummmm....NO - I don't know. Why don't you try and explain it instead of asking over 100x if "ya know?"

    Like, I'm done!
