hello everyone I'm very new here i was wondering how to do the
food dairy of writing down the foods that we eat on a daily basics
so our Dr.'s will know an go from there in weight lost an how to
invite anyone here to be my friends an pop or her now an then ?

    Welcome to MFP - it's been a big help to me so far. To enter foods in your food diary, click on the "Food" tab at the top and then click to "add foods" to any meal. Once you have entered it once, it will be there as a quick entry the following day for the same meal (eg: if you have a banana for breakfast today and enter it, you won't have to do a search for the food in the future - it will already be on a list of foods to click on for a quick entry).
