Looking for tips to bake frozen trout fillets without thawing.

    Why would you not want then defrosted? Is it a time thing?

    I don't get into frozen fish but for trout I like:
    drizzle with olive oil, garlic chopped, rosemary (in cavity if they are whole, sprinkled if just a fillet) lemon juice, bake on a high temp (450) until they come apart nicely with fork.
