Losing weight by eating fruits for dinner??

Lately Im not really hungry at night so I've been eating a cup of strawberries, or maybe some pineapple, sometimes a homemade smoothies and so on. I was just wondering can I lose weight by doing this bc some people say its ok but some people say its fattening help please thank you

if you are eating the right number calories from the rights foods then you will lose weight.. Fruits won't keep you from losing weight. eating less then what you burn is all it takes.. but if you want to eat balanced meals you'll want to add a protein into meal somehow. Sometimes peopel freak about the sugar that is fruit. There is nothing wrong with naturally occuring sugars barring a medical reason. You *should* eat protein with every meal.0
