What's my TDEE exercise modifier?

I walk 2-2.5 miles twice daily @ 3.5-3.8mph (40min each walk) and do SL5x5 3x/wk for about 45min each work out. Other than that, I have a full time desk job and do most of the shopping, housework, cooking, cleaning. Is that lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk) , moderately active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) or very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)?
