Tracking weight correctly during strength training

I never tracked my weight for lifting on mfp before and was wondering when lifting with dumbbell, do you write down the weight for one or both. For example when doing curls I life 15lb in each hand. Would I write that as 15 or 30? I searched the forum before for the answers and couldn't find it. Sorry if this was posted before. TIA

If it's an isolated movement, like alternating curls, I just count that one dumbbell weight.
If it's a unified movement, like squats and deadlifts, I total the weight.
ETA: it's just a benchmark for you though so whatever method you want to use that works for you is best .0 -
Thanks Weezoh, Everything is unified for now I do alternate between a curl bar and dumbbells. SO I guess I'll just use the total weight.0
