Trying to set goals - please help.

Can anyone advise me please on setting my daily goals. The goals set by MFP seem very low on protein but really high on carbs. I've read so many different things now that i am very confused.

I think this is the way i need to go as most people are saying protein levels are the most important.
Carbs = 105g Fat= 40g and Protein= 105g. Does this sound about right?

I'm a female whose 5 '7, 45 yrs young and weigh 170. Thanx in addvance for your help. Su x

    That should be fine as long as you are getting your carbs from good sources like brown rice, quinoa, whole grain, fruits, and veggies!

    My advice is to tweak it around a lot - if you want a higher protein, lower carb diet - go for it - you can change your macro targets in settings I think. Weight loss is initially a bit of a guessing game and once you get the hand of it, you'll find what works for you x
