Feeling Stuck

I'm looking for a way to tone up, any suggestions? I lost about 50Ibs in a time span of 6-8 months. When I started my weight loss, I was around 204 and I'm now around 155. The problem is, my lower stomach. Because I had been losing quickly, it's just kinda hanging around. Any ideas as to how I can quickly get rid of it?
