Seriously, for birthday breakfasts, we celebrate in my house!
I usually toast some whole wheat waffles, top with heated up frozen cherries, sprinkle on cinnamon, and top with some dark chocolate chips. Totally decadent. For the kids and the hubby, I usually top with some whipped cream.

meh. no whipped cream for you? also, i dont see any bacon listed there.

Yeah, whipped cream is too rich for me that early in the am. I do make up for it later in the morning with whipped cream in my coffee. AND I give myself extra chocolate chips on my waffle.
