Wow! I have been at this journey for 8 months and I feel FANTASTIC!! I have changed my life and my families life around :) I have lost 62 pounds and lots of inches ;o) I still have more work to do but I was so excited to get into a size 8 instead of an 18 and small in shirts and drawstring pants! This makes me so happy. The charts have me at 135 pounds but being 155 feels amazing...maybe I will get there and maybe I will just be a little bulky :) I love lifting heavy weights 3x a week and and HIIT 2x a week. Some weeks I can't always get it all in but I do my best :) I eat at 10% below my TDEE. Let me just say the hardest part is figuring out the calories and what works for my body! Keep up all the great work my MFP buddies and newbies its all worth it in the end :)
