Should you count calories burned while cleaning and mowing or should not?

I do when I am working hard and breaking a sweat! It's in the database too0

I count them if it is something I do not normally do. Like mowing the lawn, digging a trench:grumble: , scrubbing floors, or that once a month deep cleaning I do :laugh: :laugh: Ok............once a year.......
Anyway, if you are sweating, your HR is up and you know you are exerting more energy than normal, I sure as heck count em!!0 -
That would depend on the activity level you set for yourself. I used a bodybugg for a while so I know what I burn on an average day and that's what I set my activity level for.0
