I've been seeing this term a bit around the forums, just wondering what it is cause from the sounds of it, it's supposed to be something that helps with breaking a plateau?

It's just switching off the amount of calories you eat during the week. Say instead of eating 1500 each day, you'll have a day where you eat 1800, then the next day you'll eat 1200.0
