OK, back at it after 2 days of going over real bad...

I am on a 14 day change. Yep Atkins. I really need to shock my body. I have only lost 5 lbs since 3-8 and I know, just for me and my body, I need to do this. It was working so great for me last time and I let so many change my way of thinking and eating. Sometimes the peer pressure is like being back in High School. :sad: :sad: :sad:

I will weigh in again every Friday and stay on the beaten path. :grumble: :angry:

I was 238 last may with Atkins By Dec 200.

I know it's my fault, but sometimes resistance is futile!!!

The terms get in your head and you start believing it.

Like: Come on 1 won't hurt
Like: You can get back to it tomorrow
Like: It's the holidays

    I've heard that every day you should eat like it's a Monday (since that's when most people start a diet), but it's sure not easy. :ohwell:

    started with a healthy salad minus the extras for breakfast.
    It had measured turkey and chicken, white cheese..

    It was so good!!!!
