...that are trying to lose their last 10 to 15 pounds and will be around here for maintenance. I am 5'4" and starting dieting before I found fitness pal. I have lost 33 pounds so far 28 of them on here. I have lost 16.5 inches. I am trying to get to 145. Today I weighed in at 158.8. I will encourage you as well.
