Hi Guys,
A few nights a week i have a few glasses of golden oak fruity lexia (white wine)
i mix it with a tiny bit of juice. i dont log this, mainly because i cant find it.
would this be affecting my weight alot?
help appricated

an average 4 oz glass of wine has almost 100 calories, so it could impact your weight if you are going over a lot.0

Yes, if I have 2 6oz glasses of wine it's about 300 calories, so quite a big deal for most people. I lost all my weight drinking a glass or two nightly, though... if you choose to do it, log the wine and add the juice. Just pick something close and fit it in to your calorie goal. If you keep losing, great. If you don't, reconsider how much you want to drink.0
