bottom line:
best exercise for upper glutes: barbell hip thrust,
seated band abduction is also very high in activation
medium glutes:
barbell hip thrust again
lower glutes:
barbell dead lift
barbell hip thrust
body weight single leg hip thrust
in order of highest to lowest of activation0
