Farm Raised VS Wild Caught

So I went to trader joe's to select some fish for dinner tonight because I was in definite need of some protein and I saw that they mostly had farmed fish instead of wild caught. I didn't have enough money to buy the slab of wild caught salmon so I selected the farm raised on that stated no anitbiotics or hormones however after reading more and more on the difference in these types of fishes I'm begining to stress about what I just ate, I really shouldn't given that Its a lot healthier then the alternative I mean a salmon salad with fresh veggies come on now. Am I just picking on silly things now? I'm so grossed out from how our food is contaminated by all the crap they put in it Im fed up man even my veggies I have to stress about having pesticides grrr..
