Im having a hard time with getting rid of my belly fat...any idea to help make it smaller?

    So many of us have that same problem!!! I have found great success (even though it is slow going) with eating at a 10% deficit from my TDEE and weight training 3xper week. In just three months I have taken almost 5 inches off my tummy following NROLFW.

    to get rid of your stomach you need to be 1000% motivated for at least 3 weeks and eat EXTREMLY strict as abs are 80% diet.

    I am probably repeating someone but it's how I did it :)

    As she said abs are 80% diet, you cannot spot lose. Most likely your body will hang onto the belly fat until your your BMi is low enough that you start eating away at those fat stores. Sad, but true.
