I some times have Belvita breakfast biscuits when I have a really busy morning and don't have time to eat breakfast.
The box says made with 5 wholegrains, rich in cereals, low GI, no added colours or preservatives, source of fibre.
I've just been going through the nutritional info and I used to think it was ok, but now I'm not so sure.

Calories: 229
Protein: 4.1g
Fat - total 7.8g
-saturated 2.1g
Carbs 34g
-sugars 11g

Is that too many Carbs for breakfast ?

    Depends what your goals are.

I wouldn't eat it, I try to have 30g protein with every meal and I also limit grains - this fits in with my goals.

If you are just counting calories and not too worried about macro ratios per meal, but are looking at the daily total, then it's fine.

How many is too many carbs depends on your individual situation.
Personally, because I have less than ideal blood sugar levels, I try to keep my meals below 40 carbs, preferably at about 32 per meal. Some meals go over, but many meals are way under. I'm working on getting the total more evenly distributed throughout the day so my blood sugar doesn't spike.
If you have no blood sugar problems, and you like carbs, you might try taking your MFP recommended daily total, dividing it by your meals in a day, and aiming for that amount or slightly less than that amount.

It doesn't matter how many carbs are in a meal if it fits your daily macros. Meal timing and splitting your macros precisely into meals is just broscience.

    This.

Some people find that too many carbs early in the day makes them hungry throughout the rest of the day thereffore making calorie adherence more difficult. If you're one of these people you can try eating a low carb breakfast and reserving your carbs for later in the evening. However, if you're not one of these people I really wouldn't worry about it.
