    I sauteed some chopped onions and chopped green peppers, broke a piece of bacon crisp and two eggs and scrambled it all together. and a cup of hot green tea.:smile:

    This is what I cook for my sister and I on M-W-F:

    3/4 cup Egg Beaters Southwestern Style Omlette with 1/4 cup part skim Mozzerella Cheese

    Some sort of turkey meat: sausage patties, sausage links, or bacon

    Two slices of Sara Lee 45 calorie bread toasted

    Really filling brekky.. i ate like 5 hours ago and still am not hungry.. weird

    Breakfast smoothie:

    1 container light and fit lemon yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup-ish orange crystal light, 1 T psyllium husk, 1 T flax seed, 1 T vitamin powder. Only about 240 calories! It fills me up and gives me a TON of good, healthy stuff I need to get my day started right. :happy:
