I've been on MFP for about 2 years now. I've lost some, and I gained most back. I start out writing these and just bringing myself down, because of how disappointed I am in myself!

I want to be at my goal weight by December 13th, 2013. My 21st birthday. I started weight watchers this week and am hoping that I still log with MFP. I started walking a little over mile a day. My mom has been my biggest supporter, although, it doesn't help, because she's mom and she's supposed to support me.
Here's an exact reason why I feel like she is trying to ruin me. I started the diet Monday. During the day she went grocery shopping and bought 15 boxes of little debbie snacks because they were on sale. (We do foster care and I have younger siblings.) but it still hurt because she didn't buy fruits or veggies.
PUSH ME. PLEASE.

Hi, I have been on roller coaster rides as well. Fad diets, no/low carb, weight watchers, exercising. etc.... It is really hard for me as well because I am in Korea right now and I don't know anybody, so I do this on my own. I have a husband and a teenager but they can basically eat what they want and It is hard for me to have the will power to say no. I started running with this app called 5k runner. I hate running, but It is suppose to teach you to learn how. I am getting a little better. I try to stay motivated. I have stopped eating, white carbs.. more on wheat and not so much no carbs, just small amount, very small. I have workout videos like taebo, zumba, insanity, p90x, jillian Michael's. I have free gym here. I hate going to the gym though, too many people. LOl.. So, I guess for me I start and then just give up. I am here though, if you want to start together, eat better, little at a time. Just send me a pm. Sorry this is so long.0
