Hey everyone!
I am new to this site and I am hoping that it will help keep me on my toes with exercising and eating right. I hope that this will help me reach my goal of losing over 95lbs by the end of the summer/year. I'd love to see some different exercises people are doing! I'm always up for new ideas! :)
