Hello everyone, Need some advice and help, I started this app program on April 7th and have lost an average of 26 pounds to date. But recently (Like the last few days) I haven't seen a drop in weight at all. I have stuck with the same schedule of calorie intake and moderate exercise but nothing and my target calorie number went from 1920 to 1720 a day......My question is, Is this Normal or have I hit that brick-wall I hear so many folks talking about.
Any advice is surly welcomed.
Sincerely,
Mark, US Navy Retired.

If you go around 3 weeks with no loss then you may have hit the dreaded plateau or "brick wall" as you call it. However, just a few days of not seeing the scales drop is nothing to be concerned about. In my experience though eating the same amounts of calories, the same foods, and doing the same exercise routines can make you more likely to hit that brick wall. Unfortunately most of us have huge losses when we begin this journey and then they slow down big time unless you intensify your workouts0

The body retains water, builds up poop, keeps things in the stomach and does all kinds of annoying things.
A few days is not an issue, if 3 weeks doesnt see any change, I would recommend lifting weights.0 -
