Routine Change with a little weight gain... Suggestions?

I just got home from my first year away at college! It was fantastic! Not only did I have fun and bring home a 4.0, but I beat the Freshmen 15!! I lived close to the student recreation center so I worked out a lot and opted for the veggie/salad bar in the dining hall instead of the fried whatever on the main menu. However, since I've been home, my family has made lots of food "celebrating" my arrival home and with Mother's Day this past weekend we ate out twice...

I'm trying to enjoy myself and my summer break but I don't want to throw all of my efforts away! I know it's all about routine and I don't think the rest of the summer will be too hectic.. My problem is that since I've lost so much weight it's hard to keep losing. I want to try and drop 2 more pounds before I switch my settings to "maintenance" on MFP.

I'm doing this by trying to boost my metabolism and staying active. The two biggest things I'm doing to boost my metabolism is by taking one Spring Valley brand Natural Super B-Complex (Energy Metabolism) vitamin a day and dousing my food with fresh jalapeño peppers and Tabasco sauce. I've read that hot sauce or spicy peppers will speed up your metabolism. And of course with the weather getting nicer, being outside and active is not a problem! :)

I was wondering what you guys thought of my efforts. Do you have any advice from experience in my situation? Does the hot sauce and spicy trick seem to work? Also, if you are already in "maintenance," did you ever worry that eating the extra provided calories would make you gain your weight back? Did you notice any differences when switching to maintenance? Thanks!
