Dinner

Generic - Salmon Baked, 4 oz (cooked) 223, 0 , 14 , 25, 0, 0 ,
Broccoli - Steamed, 2 cup chopped 60, 12, 0, 6 , 4 , 4 ,
Generic - Margarine, 1 tsp 35, 0 , 4 , 0, 0 , 0 ,

Total: 318, 12, 18, 31, 4 , 4 ,

This is a good, fast and easy meal option. Salmon is a great source of protein, however add this to your diet only once or twice a week because it is also very high in fat. I usually add some margarine in a pan and simmer the fish covered until golden brown. I add some butter to the broccoli and steam it covered in the micro. All done and ready to eat in about 20 min-- not to mention it is very delicious too :). Enjoy! (attached below is a photo of this meal)

the fats in salmon are well acceptable- so long as they fit in your macros' its not to be avoided!!

Great evening meal though no doubt about that.

    good post!

Thank you. I agree the fats that come from the Salmon are much better for you than the ones that come from the steak. I find this easy to prepare, very healthy and super delicious! :) My 6- year old loves this too, so I recommend teaching the little one's about healthy eating habits early.
