does anyone else put on fat around their abdomen always?

the first place i put weight on, and the last place i lose it from is ALWAYS my tummy area. does anyone else have this problem? my legs and arms are currently quite lean, but my stomach just has rolls of fat, and actually protrudes quite a bit, it really bugs me, as I can feel its presence all the time! should i just do core exercises to target it, or is there anytihng else that'll blast the belly fat?

you just need a calorie deficit to lose bodyfat, and strength training will help.

    I don't agree at all.
Well you do have to be in a caloric deficit, but if you go to far from your maintenance-level your body will response storing as much fat as it can.
