During working out have you ever got so sweaty that your pouch doesnt want to stick? and do weight machines sometimes get in the way of the pouch? Just wondering, so far all I have been doing is walking, but I guess im just mentally afraid of things that can happen.

My sister has an ileostomy (since 1997) and exercises regularly and even ran a marathon with one and has never had any issues with her appliance falling off. She uses convatec one piece drainable bags. You should be able to use any piece of equipment and feel confident that you will have no issues.0

I have a urostomy since 2008 but never had any problems exercising. I walk, hike, swim, ride a bike you name it.
I also play basketball which involves a lot of physical contact twice a week. again no problem
once you overcome the psychological factor you'll be fine0
