Fluctuating calories can induce fat loss?

So. I've been kind of stuck in the 190s since January. I don't care about the scale number as much as I do my appearance (meaning, clothing size). I was told that alternating your calorie intake, it can boost weight loss. For example, my daily intake (calculated by MFP) is 1380. If I were to up them on my lifting days to 1800, cardio days to 1600, and rest days to 1380, would that make a difference?

That is way too general of an assumption to put any stock into. Focus on making that 1380 mark each day and logging the excersize. If on a lift day you burn 300 calories...eat 1680 calories that day. If you burn 500 on a cardio day eat 1830. You get the picture.
You will be fluctuating calories in a way, but the excersize that you do will be more benificial if you are refueling.
Hope that helps.0
