I had my baby 7 weeks ago and I'm back to work full time. Does anyone have any tips for working out on limited sleep and time? I would really like to loose my pregnancy weight in a healthy way but i am finding it hard to find time to work out.

I have a 3 month old and a 3 year old at home and have been working out on my lunch break. I get energy from working out so that helps the tiredness. Otherwise I don't have time to do anything until after 8. When I was home though, I was doing DVDs with the baby Ina swing or chair and she loved watching me.0

I am a mother of two, I dont go to the gym. I work from home and have alot of baseball games haha but what works for me is when the hubby is home taking the baby for a stroll. I also have apps on my phone for workouts, quick 15 minute workouts or 1 hr long. Whatever you have time for. Quick workouts are better than nothing. Congrats on the baby and you can do this!!! Just give yourself 15 minutes to a half hr a day and when you get used to that you will find more time. I promise, you can do this!0

The best time to get the workout (or anything) done is when they are sleeping. (mom of 4 here)
Do remember, your body is JUST newly healed, if you push yourself you could end up back in the hospital. (which almost happened to me the last time) There are some small things yo can do at work and at a desk etc. I don't know your work situation but my sister in law is a personal trainer and she has written articles about activity you can do at work. *think strong core, small movements. I also read that you can replace your chair with a ball and burn calories trying to keep your core steady all day.0
