Cyclists -anyone training for enduros/centuries?

Looking for other long distance cyclists to swap training and nutrition tips with, and general bike geekery.

I am training for 2 centuries this year - the bike leg of the Outlaw Tri in Nottingham (112 miles) as part of a relay team in July, then London 100 in August. This is my first year road racing, having been a mountain biker for several years - I still do mountain bike, but rarely race any more due to having picked up injuries doing silly things at speed down hills.

I don't race, I participate in Audax events. This weekend I am doing the Bryan Chapman Memorial a 600 km event in Wales.
I just worry about base miles (450 km per week) and nutrition pre and during events no other training.

I have the Essex 100 (so glamorous sounding eh?) and the Etape Penines in October, in amongst all of that I have a Triathlon local to me and then the big one in Hyde Park in September! Myself and friends usually do some form of insane ride per year, previously tackling the coast to coast and Lands End to London. I want to do a London to Paris type event next year. I love long distance cycling, feel free to add me.
