Anyone tried Jamie Eason's Livefit Trainer?

I recently started this program last week and I love it! It's also my first time ever getting into weights so I'm excited :) However, I have a question.. is her meal plan really mandatory? Here's a little about me:

I am 5'7", last I weighed in at was 153, and I'm 22. I eat TDEE-20% (1900 Calories) and stay at my macros (40/30/30). In 5-6 small meals a day I incorporate lots of veggies, I eat fruits, fish, lean meats, red meat occasionally, yogurt, nuts, whole grains, lots of water, no diet soda, no artificial sweeteners, and almost completely alcohol free! (very rarely)

I know either way I'll make progress, but is it really that crucial to follow her plan or should I be safe with my own? Thanks in advance!! :flowerforyou:

    I haven't been following her food plan either. I've been eating my usual diet and following my macros and have seen results so far.
